Release of Liability

I hereby accept any and all responsibility for, and assume the risk of any and all injury or damage to my person which might arise directly or indirectly as a result, and or participation in the Builder Games hosted by People’s Self-Help Housing.

Release of Liability (2)

I hereby expressly release, discharge and hold harmless from any liability whatsoever, People’s Self-Help Housing, expressly including but not limited to their employees, volunteers, limited partners, and Board of Directors, except for injuries caused intentionally or by willful misconduct. I certify that I am familiar with the contents of this release, that I have read and understand the same, and that it is my intention by signing this release that the same be binding not only on me, but my heirs, administrators, executors, successors, and assigns.

Media Consent (Optional)

Photos will be taken as documentation for our records and to share on PSHH platforms and/or with the press to celebrate the occasion. If you would prefer to not have your image used for these purposes, please let us know.
