An estimated 8 team slots are available, each team made up of 4 individuals. Your team members can be coworkers, family, or friends, but all must be 18 or older and sign a Release of Liability
When is the registration deadline?
Enter your team by January 31, 2024 or until all available team slots (estimated at 8) are filled!
Will there be a team meeting ahead of the event?
Yes! Teams will have an opportunity to learn more about the event, ask questions, and meet the other teams via a virtual meeting on March 27, 2024.
What time do team members need to arrive?
We anticipate that team members must arrive at the event by 2 pm to receive rules, game overview, and for team preparation. We will provide final arrival time in the March 27 meeting.
Three prizes will be awarded: People’s Choice, Judge’s Choice, and the 2024 Builder Games Champion!
What is included with team entry?
All team members will receive a participation medal and 1 meal and beverage ticket.
What equipment is provided, what extras can be brought?
Along with the playhouse itself, teams will be supplied with basic tools and safety gear, to include gloves, hard hats, and safety glasses. We encourage teams to bring extra items to customize their playhouse. For example, paint, decorations, landscaping, etc.
What do we need to bring?
All participants must submit a Release of Liability form. You will not be allowed to participate without a signed form. Team members must wear close-toed shoes. Team apparel is encouraged. As the event is outside, hats and sunscreen are advised.
How do family and friends purchase tickets to watch?
Tickets can be purchased for guests of Builder Teams at a discounted rate of $100 each through the 'Enter a Team' form above or by contacting the Events Team at
